Cornell’s PRO-DAIRY and the Northeast Dairy Producers Association (NEDPA) combined forces to plan an awesome Operations Managers Conference this year. The event is focused on supervisors and managers who work every day with their teams to get dairy farm work done well. The conference has a combination of general and breakout sessions that focus on dairy and crop production, managing work processes, human resources, and leadership topics. There are even motivational talks which we all need to hear!
This year there is even a Spanish track so that our Spanish-speaking supervisors and managers can learn in their primary language!
