Tomorrow is your last chance to register for Ag Supervisory Leadership Courses

Registration for two upcoming Ag Supervisory Leadership (online!) courses closes tomorrow, June 25.

Supervisors and middle managers need to know the basics of employment law. Our ASL106: Ethics and Regulations Course teaches them just that. This course won’t be offered again for some time!

In Ethics and Employment Regulations, you’ll explore how to implement fair and ethical labor practices in agriculture and why they matter. You’ll learn to recognize and prevent sexual harassment, understand wage and hour laws, and apply Equal Employment Opportunity regulations to foster a respectful, inclusive workplace. The course also covers best practices for handling employee discipline and termination.

ASL101-SP: Liderazgo en Supervisión Agrícola (Transition to Supervisor) is the second course that is being offered. This course will be taught in Spanish. Transition to Supervisor is our flagship course.

Scholarship Opportunity for Dairy Producers

Thanks to the generous support from the Northeast Dairy Business Innovation Center (NE-DBIC), eligible participants can apply for a $100 scholarship to cover a portion of their registration fees.Thanks to the generous support from the Northeast Dairy Business Innovation Center (NEDBIC), dairy participants are eligible for a $100 scholarship to cover a portion of their registration fees for any of the six Ag Supervisory Leadership courses. This scholarship can be applied more than once by an individual, as long as they are registering for a new course.
