Cornell Agricultural Workforce Development is pleased to announce the launch of two separate Agricultural Supervisory Leadership courses designed to strengthen supervisory and leadership skills within agricultural businesses. The courses will run throughout January and February with one offered entirely in English and the other entirely in Spanish, allowing participants to choose the option that best matches their language needs.
The ASL103 Managing Performance course helps new and experienced supervisors build essential skills in setting expectations, coaching employees, providing feedback, addressing performance challenges, and supporting employee growth. Each course delivers the same core curriculum but operates independently, with its own instructor-led schedule and live session times.

The first course, ASL103: Managing Performance (English), is delivered fully in English in an online, instructor-led format. How to Receive a Discount: To receive the benefits of the scholarship and participate in this transformative program, when registering, ensure you select either “NYS Dairy” or “Northeast Dairy” in the industry question to qualify for scholarship consideration. The system will ask the registrant to select whether they are participating from within New York State, one of the NEBIC qualifying states, or a state outside of the Northeast region.
Additionally, PA Dairy Producers have a limited opportunity: Thanks to the Center for Dairy Excellence Foundation of Pennsylvania, you’ll receive an extra $50 off, bringing your total savings to $150 per person, per course when combined with NEDBIC’s support. Select “Dairy (in PA)” during registration to get both discounts automatically.
