With the support of New York state government and the agricultural industry, Cornell Agricultural Workforce Development is expanding to increase services in support of New York farm employers and employees. - The Management Development/Regulatory Extension Associate will focus on helping farm managers, supervisors, and employees to become more effective as leaders and to navigate and comply with state and federal employment laws. This includes developing educational materials and innovative technologies to help farms comply with regulations, avoid risks, and develop attractive workplaces and high-performing teams. This is an academic position that includes extension and research responsibilities.
- The Organization Development Extension Associate will focus on helping farm managers, supervisors, and employees to identify strengths and weaknesses in their operations and apply innovative improvement strategies tailored to the business needs. This includes developing tools and methods to analyze farm culture, organizational health, and employee perspectives. This is an academic position that includes extension and research responsibilities.
