The next  “Ag Workforce Central: Virtual Office Hour” is scheduled for September 11, 2024. This session will focus on how New York’s farm union law functions in the state. 

We will engage the state’s regulatory authority, a labor attorney, and a union representative in a conversation about the farm union process in New York and considerations for employers and employees.

Guest speakers: Armando Elenes of United Farm Workers, Hilary Moreira of Bond, Schoeneck and King PLCC, and Mariam Manichaikul of NYS Public Employment Relations Board.
