Our mission is to help farmers and agribusiness professionals develop committed and effective teams. We believe that agricultural work can, and should, be engaging and rewarding for everyone involved, and that all managers can learn to apply the best human resource management practices.
Since 2021, the Agricultural Supervisory Leadership Certificate Program has offered quality online courses for farm supervisors and managers to learn and apply human resource management practices and leadership skills that foster rewarding workplaces and drive business results. There are six courses to explore.
